Saint Regulus of Scotland, also known as Regulus of Saint Andrew, Riagal, Riaghail, Riaghai, or Rule, was a renowned Catholic bishop of Patras, Greece. He is most well-known for being the custodian of the sacred relics of Saint Andrew the Apostle.
