Saint Richard The King, also known as Richard of Lucca, Richard of Wessex, and Richard of West Saxony, was a Saxon king, possibly ruling over the kingdom of Wessex in modern-day England. Not much is known about his early life or his reign, but he gained prominence as the father of three renowned saints: Saint Willibald, Saint Winebald, and Saint Walburga....
