Saint Senatro of Missanello, also known as Senatro the Calabrian or Senator, was born in the early 10th century to the noble Sicilian family of Giovanni and Tebidia. He was the younger brother of Saint Luca of Demenna, who was also renowned for his holiness and piety. As a young man, Senatro felt a strong calling to dedicate his life to God and pursue a path of spiritual devotion....
