Saint Simon of Jerusalem, also known as Simeon, was a remarkable figure in early Christian history. He was a relative of Jesus, possibly even a first cousin, and is mentioned in the Gospel of Matthew. Simon was one of the 72 disciples chosen by Jesus to spread the message of the Gospel, and he was present at some of the most significant events in the life of Jesus....
