Saint Theogonius of Edessa, also known as Theogonius of Syria, was a Christian martyr who lived in the 4th century. He was born in Edessa, Syria, and was the son of Saint Bassa of Edessa, a devout Christian woman. Little is known about his early life, but he grew up in a strongly Christian household and developed a deep faith in God....
