Saint Valerian of Aquileia, also known as Valeriano, was a prominent figure in the early Catholic Church. He was born in the fourth century and became the Bishop of Aquileia, located in present-day Italy, around 370. Valerian's primary mission as a bishop was to combat the spread of Arianism, a heretical belief that denied the divinity of Jesus Christ....
