Saint Verissimus of Lisbon, also known as Verissimus of Braga, was a Christian martyr who lived during the reign of Diocletian in the early 4th century. He was born in Lisbon, Portugal, and was martyred alongside his sisters, Saint Julia of Lisbon and Saint Maxima of Lisbon, during the intense persecution of Christians under the Roman Emperor....
