Saint Vincent Ferrer, also known as Vincent Ferreri, was born on January 23, 1350, in Valencia, which was part of modern-day Spain. He was the fourth child of William Stewart Ferrer, an Anglo-Scottish nobleman, and his Spanish wife, Constantia Miguel. According to accounts, Vincent's father had a dream in which he was informed that his son would become a renowned Dominican friar....
