Saint Vincent of Collioure, also known as Saint Vincent of Spain, was a Catholic martyr who met his untimely death during the persecutions of the Roman Emperor Diocletian in the early 4th century. Not much is known about his early life, but his faith and commitment to Christianity would ultimately lead him to a martyr's death....
