Biography

The Martyred Salesians of Guadalajara, consisting of a priest and six clerics, were devoted members of the Salesians of Don Bosco congregation. They were all martyred together during the Spanish Civil War. The group includes Blessed Esteban Vázquez Alonso, Blessed Florencio Rodríguez Guemes, Blessed Heliodoro Ramos García, Blessed Juan Lorenzo Larragueta Garay, Blessed Luis Martínez Alvarellos, Blessed Miguel Lasaga Carazo, and Blessed Pascual Castro Herrera.
