Biography
Saint Ðaminh Ðinh Ðat, also known as Domenico Nicolao Dinh Dat, was born around the year 1803 in Phú Nhai, Nam Ðinh, Vietnam. He lived during a time of great persecution for Catholics in Vietnam under the rule of Emperor Minh Mang. Ðaminh Ðinh Ðat was a layman who lived in the apostolic vicariate of East Tonkin, in what is now modern Vietnam. He was known for his strong faith and devotion to the Catholic Church....
