Biography
Saint Caius of Corinth was a convert from the city of Corinth in Greece who received baptism from the Apostle Saint Paul himself, as recorded in Scripture. Called to leadership in the early Church, Caius was appointed the first bishop of Thessalonica, where he shepherded the nascent Christian community in that important city. He gave his life for the faith, dying as a martyr in witness to the Gospel he had received from the great Apostle to the Gentiles.
