Saint Filatus of Rome, also known as Philatus, is a revered Catholic saint who is believed to have been a martyr. Unfortunately, due to the limited historical records available, very little is known about his life and the specific details surrounding his martyrdom. Nevertheless, his veneration in the Catholic Church highlights his important role within the faith. Saint Filatus is believed to have lived in Rome, Italy, during an era of Roman persecution against Christians. The exact period in which he lived and died remains uncertain.
