Biography

Saint Senorina of Basto, also known as Senorina of Vieira, was born to the nobility and was related to Saint Rudesind of Mondoñedo. She was raised by her aunt, Blessed Godina, who served as the abbess of the convent of Saint John in modern Vieira do Minho, Portugal. This convent was founded by Senorina's own father.
