Saint Theodosius, also known as Teodosio, was a notable Christian martyr who lived during the 4th century. He is believed to have been martyred alongside 42 companions during the persecutions carried out under the reign of the Roman Emperor Diocletian. While information regarding Saint Theodosius's life before his martyrdom is limited, it is known that he lived in Anatolia, Asia Minor, which is present-day Turkey. He dedicated his life to the Christian faith, firmly believing in the teachings of Jesus Christ. During the reign of Diocletian, the Roman Empire launched a severe persecution against Christians. As a result, Saint Theodosius, along with his fellow believers, faced immense hardships and dangers. However, the fear of persecution did not deter them from practicing and spreading their faith.
