Blessed Françoislouis Chartier, also known as Francesco Luigi Chartier, was a Catholic priest in the diocese of Angers, France, during the turbulent period of the French Revolution. He was born on 6 June 1752 in the village of Marigné, located in the Maine-et-Loire region of France. From a young age, Françoislouis showed exceptional piety and a strong desire to serve God.
