Blessed Robert Nutter was the brother of Blessed John Nutter. He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford, England in the mid-1560s. Drawn to the Catholic faith, he entered the seminary at the English College in Rheims, France, and was ordained at Soissons on December 21, 1581. He returned to England with Blessed George Haydock to minister secretly to persecuted Catholics....
