Blessed Severino Ruiz Báscones, also known as Feliciano, was born on 2 November 1884 in Fuencaliente de Lucio, Burgos, Spain. He dedicated his life to God and embraced the religious vocation by joining the Marist Brothers of the Schools. As a monk, he lived a life of service and devotion to the Catholic Church.
