The Martyrs of Bulgaria, also known as the Bulgarian Martyrs, were a group of Christians who were killed for their faith during the 9th century war between the Greek Emperor Nicephorus and the Bulgars. Unfortunately, due to the limited historical records available, there is very little information about the individual lives of these martyrs....
