The Martyrs of Cilicia were a group of Christians who suffered persecution and martyrdom during the reign of Emperor Maximus in the early 4th century. They were known for their ministry to other Christians who were condemned to work in the mines of Cilicia, an ancient region in Asia Minor (modern-day Turkey). The names of the martyrs that we have recorded are Daniel, Elias, Isaias, Jeremy, and Samuel....
