Saint Ours

Saint Ursus of Toul, known as Saint Ours, was a 5th-century French bishop of Toul and an early saint of the Roman Catholic Church. He succeeded Saint Auspicius as bishop in 490 and played a role in the conversion of King Clovis I to Christianity by appointing one of his priests, Saint Waast, for this task during Clovis's visit to Toul in 496. Ours died around 500, though the exact date is uncertain....
