Saint Augustinus Yu Chinkil, also known as Augustinus Yu Jin-Gil, Augustinus Yu Chin-gil, Auguseutino, and Augustine, was a married layman catechist in the apostolic vicariate of Korea. He was born in Jo Dong, Seoul, South Korea in 1791. Little is known about his early life, but it is believed that he lived a devout and faithful life, committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church....
