Saint Juliana of Mataró, also known as Giuliana, was born in the 3rd century in Mataró, near Barcelona, Spain. She was the blood sister of another esteemed saint, Semproniana of Mataró. Both sisters grew up in a devout Christian family, where they learned the values of faith and witnessed firsthand the persecution of Christians during this tumultuous time in history....
