Saint Phaolô Nguyen Ngân was a Vietnamese Catholic priest who lived and served during a turbulent period in the history of Vietnam. He was born around 1771 in Ke Biên, Thanh Hóa, Vietnam, and dedicated his life to the service of God and his people. Phaolô Nguyen Ngân was ordained a priest and served in the apostolic vicariate of West Tonkin, which is located in modern-day Vietnam....
