Saint Sacerdos of Lyon, also known as Sardot, Sacerdote, or Serdon, was born in the year 487, in Lyon, France. He hailed from a devout Christian family and was the son of Saint Rusticus of Lyon and Hiberie de Limoges. Furthermore, he was the nephew of Saint Viventiolus of Lyon and the uncle of Saint Nicetius of Lyon, both of whom played significant roles in spreading Christianity in their respective regions....
