Saint Trophimus, also known as Trophimus of Arles, was an evangelist and the first bishop of Arles in Gaul, which is present-day France. He was sent by the Church in Rome to spread the teachings of Christianity in Gaul around 250 AD. Trophimus worked closely with notable saints of his time, including Saint Saturninus of Toulouse and Saint Denis of Paris....
