Biography

Blessed Cristòfol Baqués Almirall was a priest of the Diocesan Laborer Priests of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, whose life and witness were profoundly marked by his dedication to the poor and his unwavering fidelity to the Gospel during a time of profound turmoil. Born in Spain, he embraced the vocation of priestly service within his diocese, choosing to live and work closely with the laboring classes, embodying the order’s mission of pastoral care rooted in the heart of Christ.
