Biography

Blessed Jacinto De Los Ángeles, also known as Jacinto de los Ángeles Martínez, was a married layman and faithful catechist in the archdiocese of Antequera-Oaxaca, Mexico. He was born around the years 1660-1663 in the village of San Francisco Cajonos, situated in Oaxaca, Mexico. Jacinto belonged to the Zapotec Indians, an indigenous community in the region.
