Biography
Blessed Pjetër Çuni, a priest of the Archdiocese of Shkodrë-Pult, Albania, dedicated his life to humble service and unwavering faith amidst profound persecution. Born in Albania, his path to priesthood was marked by rigorous study; he pursued theology at the Pontifical Seminary in Shkodrë and later at the Propaganda Fide Congregation in Rome, Italy. Ordained a priest on 23 March 1940, he returned to his homeland to serve in the remote mountain villages of his archdiocese, tending to the spiritual needs of his flock with steadfast devotion.
