Blessed Anneandrée Minutte, also known as Sister Saint Alexis, was a Sacramentine nun who met a tragic fate during the French Revolution. She was born on 4 February 1740 in Sérignan, Vaucluse, France.

Anneandrée Minutte entered religious life and joined the Sacramentine Sisters, a contemplative congregation devoted to the Blessed Sacrament. She embraced the religious life wholeheartedly and dedicated herself to a life of prayer and service to God.

During the turbulent period of the French Revolution, religious persecution was rampant, and many faithful Catholics faced severe threats to their faith. Anneandrée, known for her strong devotion and unwavering faith, was among those who faced persecution.

In 1794, Anneandrée Minutte was martyred for her Catholic beliefs. She was guillotined on 13 July, in Orange, Vaucluse, France. Her martyrdom symbolized her refusal to renounce her faith, even in the face of death.

The Catholic Church recognized Anneandrée's martyrdom, and she was venerated on 19 March 1925 by Pope Pius XI, who declared her a martyr through a decree. On 10 May 1925, Pope Pius XI officially beatified her, thereby acknowledging her as Blessed Anneandrée Minutte.
