Blessed Arnaldo de Rossinol, a devoted servant of the Mercedarian Order, was born in Spain to a family that saw him orphaned in childhood. Raised under the guardianship of his uncle, the Archbishop of Tarragona, he received a privileged upbringing. Though he briefly served in the court of King Peter III of Aragon, Arnaldo felt a profound call
