Beato Juan Gogniat

Blessed John Gogniat, also known as John of Bellelay, Jean, and Johannes, was a preeminent figure in the Catholic Church and a dedicated Premonstratensian monk. He was born in the late 15th century, although specific details about his birth and early life remain unknown.

John Gogniat's religious journey led him to join the Bellelay monastery, located in the Jura Bernois area of Bern, Switzerland.
