Biografía

Blessed José De Miguel Arahal, also known as Father Bienvenido María of Dos Hermanas, was a Catholic priest and member of the Capuchin Tertiary Fathers and Brothers of Our Lady of Sorrows. He was born on June 17, 1887, in Dos Hermanas, Seville, Spain.

Father José De Miguel Arahal dedicated his life to serving God and the people through his vocation as a priest. He exhibited great devotion and love for the Blessed Virgin Mary, which prompted him to join the Capuchin Tertiary Fathers and Brothers of Our Lady of Sorrows. This religious order focused on living a life of contemplation and service, striving to imitate the sorrows of Mary and her unwavering faith.

During the turbulent times of the Spanish Civil War, Father José De Miguel Arahal remained steadfast in his faith despite the increasing persecution that the Catholic Church faced. His commitment to the teachings of Christ and his unwavering dedication to the people of God eventually led to his martyrdom.
