Biografía
Blessed José María Mateos Carballido, a priest and member of the Carmelites of the Ancient Observance, was born on March 19, 1902, in Encinasola, Huelva, Spain. He dedicated his life to the service of God and the Church, exemplifying profound faith and piety.
José María Mateos Carballido joined the Carmelites and embraced their commitment to a contemplative and prayerful life. As a member of this religious order, he sought to deepen his spiritual relationship with God and share the teachings of the Catholic faith with those around him.
