Beato Marcos Scalabrini

Blessed Mark Scalabrini, also known as Mark of Modena, was born around the year 1420 in Mocogna, Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Coming from a noble family, he dedicated his life to the service of God and joined the Dominican order in Modena. One of the notable positions he held within the Dominican community was that of Prior at the monastery in Pesaro, Italy.
