Biografía

Beata Sára Salkaházi, también conocida como Sára Schalkház, nació el 11 de mayo de 1899 en Kassa, Hungría (actual Košice, Eslovaquia). Fue la segunda de tres hijos nacidos de Leopold y Klotild Salkahaz, propietarios de un hotel. Tristemente, su padre falleció cuando ella tenía apenas dos años.
