Beato Tomás Belson, también conocido como Tomás Bell, fue un laico joven originario del vicariato apostólico de Inglaterra durante la época isabelina. Nació alrededor de 1564 en Brill, Buckinghamshire, Inglaterra, y recibió su educación en el Colegio de Exeter, Oxford, y en el Colegio de Douai en Reims, Francia.
