Dear San Francisco Javier, you who have been chosen as patron of foreign missions (proclaimed on 25 march 1904 by pope pius x), we humbly ask for your intercession before our Lord. Guide and protect all those who seek your help in matters of foreign missions (proclaimed on 25 march 1904 by pope pius x). Through your holy example, help us to grow in faith and virtue. Amen.
