Biografía

Saint Ansbert of Rouen, Archbishop of Rouen, lived a life marked by profound conversion and steadfast service to the Church. Born in the Kingdom of the Franks, he served as Chancellor to King Clotaire III, holding a position of significant secular influence. Renouncing worldly power with his wife’s gracious permission, he embraced the monastic life at Fontenelle Abbey in Normandy, France, joining the Benedictine Order. His spiritual dedication led him to become Abbot
