Santa Estelle de Saintes, también conocida como Eustelle o Eustella, fue una venerada santa católica que vivió durante los mediados del siglo III en Galia (actual oeste de Francia). Según nuestros conocimientos de documentos históricos, provenía de una prominente familia de druidas y era hija de un funcionario romano imperial.
