Biografía

Saint Victorinus of Auvergne, also known as Saint Victorinus of Veteran, was a martyr who lived during the reigns of Valerian and Gallienus in Ancient Rome. Born in Auvergne, France, not much is known about his early life except that he was a devout Christian who dedicated his life to serving God and spreading the teachings of the Gospel.

During this period, Christianity faced severe persecution, and many believers were forced to renounce their faith or face death. However, Saint Victorinus remained steadfast in his devotion to Christ, refusing to renounce his beliefs despite the immense pressure placed upon him.

In the year 265, Saint Victorinus bravely faced martyrdom for his faith. Accounts of his martyrdom vary, but it is believed that he was beheaded for his refusal to denounce Christianity. His martyrdom served as an example of unwavering faith and devotion in the face of adversity.
