Biography

Saint Fridolin of Säckingen, also known as the Apostle of the Upper Rhine, Fridolin Vandreren of Säckingen, Irish Wanderer, Fridold, and Fridolinus, was born into the Irish nobility. He dedicated his life to the service of God as a Benedictine monk at Luxeuil Abbey and later at Poitiers, France.
