Biography

Saint Lambert of Saragossa, also known as Lamberto or Lambertus, was a farmer and servant during the period of Muslim occupation of Spain. Little is known about his early life, but he lived during a time of religious oppression and persecution. Lambert's story takes a tragic turn when he fell under the control of a Saracen master, who held power over him as a servant....
