Biography
Saint Mateo Alonso de Leciñana, a priest of the Order of Preachers (Dominican Order), dedicated his life to missionary work in Asia. After serving in the Philippines, he transferred to Vietnam, where he continued his pastoral ministry amidst growing persecution of Christians
