Saint Narcisa de Jesús Martillomorán, born to the humble farmers Pedro Martillo Mosquera and Josefina Moran, endured early hardship when her parents passed away, leaving her to care for her younger siblings. For fifteen years in Guayaquil, Ecuador, she sustained her family through the labor of a seamstress, living simply while tirelessly aiding the destitute and dedicating her time to prayer....
