Biography

Saint Phaolô Vu Van Duong, also known as Peter Ðong, was a married layman and father who lived in the apostolic vicariate of Central Tonkin, which is present-day Vietnam. He was born around the year 1792 in Vuc Ðuong, Hung Yên, Vietnam. During the persecutions under the rule of Emperor Tu-Duc, Saint Phaolô was confronted with a difficult choice....
