Biography

Blessed Albert of Pontida, also known as Albert Prezzate, Albert Prezzati, or Alberto, was born in the 11th century into an Italian noble family in Pontida, Italy. As a young man, he joined the army of Bergamo, Italy, and fought as a soldier.
