Blessed Andrés Iniesta Egea was born on January 13, 1877, in Zurgena, Almeria, Spain. He was ordained a priest of the diocese of Almeria on June 6, 1903. Throughout his priesthood, he served as a dedicated parish priest at Fuencaliente-Serón.
