Biography
Blessed Beatrix of Valfleury, also known as Beatrix of Nazareth, Béatrice, and Beatrijs, was born to a wealthy family whose name is unfortunately not recorded. She was born in an unspecified year and exhibited piety from an early age. At the tender age of seven, Beatrix made the decision to move into a convent of Béguines, a lay religious order. Recognizing her deep devotion and spiritual potential, she was later accepted as a member of the Cistercian nuns at Valfleury, located in France.
