Blessed Célestin Ringeard, also known as one of the Monks of Tibhirine, was born on 27 July 1933 in Touvois, Loire-Atlantique, France. He dedicated his life to serving others and following the path of faith. Before entering religious life, Célestin worked as a nurse during the Algerian Independence War, tending to the wounded on both sides of the conflict....
